Teacher & Tutor
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Teachers and Tutors to deliver high-quality academic instruction to students in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences, supporting student development, and ensuring academic excellence in line with curriculum standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective classroom or one-on-one instruction based on assigned subjects and grade levels
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum requirements
- Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and regular evaluations
- Provide personalized academic support and tutoring to students as needed
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance reports
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Prepare students for exams, assessments, and academic milestones
- Stay updated with teaching methodologies, curriculum changes, and educational best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area
- Teaching certification or relevant qualification (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or tutoring experience
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Passion for teaching and student development
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with British, American, IB, CBSE, or ICSE curricula
- Experience in home tutoring or online teaching platforms
- Multilingual skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools
