Job Description

We are looking for responsible and customer-focused Taxi Drivers to provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidates will ensure passenger comfort, follow traffic regulations, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off passengers safely at assigned locations
• Follow approved routes or GPS directions efficiently
• Provide courteous and professional customer service
• Ensure the taxi is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy
• Follow UAE traffic laws and company driving policies
• Collect fares and process digital payments accurately
• Report vehicle issues, incidents, or customer complaints to management
• Assist passengers with luggage when required

Required Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle)
• Eligibility for RTA taxi permit (as per company requirements)
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and routes
• Physically fit and able to work long shifts
• Punctual, reliable, and disciplined

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as a taxi or ride-hailing driver
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
• Familiarity with GPS and ride-hailing apps
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
