Job Description

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Tailors to join our fashion and garment team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have strong stitching skills, experience in garment alterations, and the ability to produce high-quality finishing. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about craftsmanship and fashion production.

Key Responsibilities

• Stitch, alter, and repair garments according to design requirements
• Take accurate body measurements and ensure perfect garment fitting
• Work with various fabrics including cotton, linen, silk, denim, and formalwear materials
• Execute embroidery, hemming, patchwork, and finishing tasks
• Collaborate with designers to create custom garments when required
• Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Maintain and operate sewing machines and tailoring equipment
• Meet daily production or alteration deadlines

Required Skills

• Proficiency in stitching, cutting, and garment alterations
• Knowledge of different fabrics and garment construction techniques
• Ability to follow measurements, patterns, and design instructions
• Strong attention to detail and finishing quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Time management and ability to work under deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of professional tailoring experience
• Experience in fashion boutiques, garment factories, or bespoke tailoring shops preferred
• Basic English communication is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
