Job Description

A reputable industrial finishing and manufacturing employer is hiring hardworking and skilled Industrial Surface Decoration Assistants for surface preparation, decorative finishing, coating assistance, polishing support, and industrial product finishing operations. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in surface cleaning, coating preparation, finishing support, decorative application processes, polishing, and maintaining quality standards in manufacturing or industrial production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, grinding, polishing, and finishing materials before decorative treatment
• Support coating, painting, decorative film application, lamination, and surface finishing operations
• Prepare raw materials, tools, and finishing equipment for production work
• Assist machine operators in decorative printing, embossing, coating, or finishing processes
• Inspect finished surfaces for scratches, defects, uneven coating, or finishing quality issues
• Operate polishing machines, hand finishing tools, spray equipment, and finishing accessories safely
• Handle paints, coatings, adhesives, decorative materials, and finishing chemicals according to safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of finishing workstations and organize materials properly
• Follow quality control procedures and industrial safety regulations during production work
• Coordinate with production supervisors and finishing teams for smooth workflow execution

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial finishing / polishing / surface treatment / decorative manufacturing preferred
• Basic knowledge of coating materials, polishing techniques, and surface finishing processes
• Ability to use finishing hand tools, polishing equipment, and production support machinery
• Physically fit for industrial production and manual handling work
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Team player with strong work ethic and safety awareness
• Experience in furniture finishing, metal finishing, decorative panels, industrial painting, or manufacturing is an advantage
