Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage procurement, inventory, logistics coordination, and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of supply chain processes within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, and logistics
  • Source suppliers, negotiate prices, and manage purchase orders
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Arrange shipments, track deliveries, and ensure timely transportation of goods
  • Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate documentation such as GRN, PO, packing lists, and invoices
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize processes
  • Monitor supply chain performance and prepare regular reports
  • Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and company policies
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and warehouse operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (UAE experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of import/export processes, customs documentation, and warehouse coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage)
