Job Description

We are seeking a talented, analytical, and detail-oriented Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems that support business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development & Coding

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications (web, mobile, backend or full-stack depending on project needs).
  • Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Build APIs, integrations, and system components using modern frameworks and development tools.
  • Develop new features, enhance existing applications, and optimize performance.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and functionality.
  • Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and ensure secure development practices.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement software fixes or enhancements.

System Integration & Deployment

  • Work with databases, cloud services, and third-party systems to integrate solutions.
  • Support deployment activities, CI/CD pipelines, and release cycles.
  • Assist in migrating legacy systems to new platforms or technologies.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, QA testers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Translate technical requirements into functional software solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation — system designs, API documentation, release notes, and version logs.

Support & Maintenance

  • Provide support for production issues and bug fixing.
  • Monitor application performance and security.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and technology upgrades.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 1–5+ years of experience in software development (junior/mid/senior levels considered).
  • Proficiency in one or more languages such as: Java, Python, .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, Go, or C++.
  • Experience with frameworks such as: React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Django, Laravel, Spring Boot, .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, REST, databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), Git, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, debugging, testing, and modern development workflows.
  • Good communication skills, troubleshooting ability, and strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple development tasks.
