Job Description

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, social media strategy execution, audience engagement, and performance analysis to enhance brand visibility and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos)
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing goals
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if required)
  • Support brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and platform best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in content creation (graphics, short videos, reels)
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising and boosting strategies
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
  • Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in UAE or GCC market (preferred)
