SEO and Digital Marketing specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize organic and paid digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving search engine rankings, driving quality traffic, generating leads, and enhancing overall online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization
• Manage website audits, performance tracking, and SEO improvements
• Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, and conversions using analytics tools
• Optimize landing pages and funnels for higher conversions
• Manage content marketing, blog optimization, and internal linking
• Oversee social media marketing and basic email campaigns
• Track KPIs, ROI, and prepare detailed performance reports
• Stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
• Experience with Google Ads and conversion tracking
• Knowledge of WordPress, on-page optimization, and technical SEO basics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Meta Ads and remarketing
• Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and funnel strategy
• Content marketing and copywriting skills
• Google, HubSpot, or SEMrush certifications
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
