Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Full-Stack & AI Systems to join our advanced technology team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development expertise combined with hands-on experience in AI/ML systems, intelligent automation, and large-scale application development. This role offers the opportunity to build cutting-edge solutions using modern frameworks, cloud services, and AI-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Develop and integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
  • Build scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed backend components.
  • Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to deliver intelligent features.
  • Create responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Optimize system performance, ensure security, and improve scalability across platforms.
  • Conduct technical reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation for architecture, processes, and workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, cloud, DevOps, and full-stack development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with exposure to AI/ML systems.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and communication skills.
