Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Go (Golang), .NET, and System Design to build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing robust software architectures, developing core backend services, and mentoring junior engineers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Go and .NET
  • Lead system design discussions and architect high-availability, distributed systems
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams
  • Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure software quality
  • Design and integrate APIs, microservices, and third-party services
  • Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and production issue resolution
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing
  • Maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6–10 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang) and .NET / C#
  • Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
  • Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs
  • Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed systems concepts
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with message queues and event-driven architectures
  • Experience with caching, performance tuning, and load balancing
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code
  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and work in fast-paced environments
