Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer – AI to join our innovative technology team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven solutions, with experience designing and deploying intelligent software applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models for business applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
  • Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and real-time processing.
  • Integrate AI solutions into existing software systems and applications.
  • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and apply best practices in development.
  • Review code and ensure adherence to software quality standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers in AI technologies and software development practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and deployment in production environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
