Retail & eCommerce Executive

Job Description

We are looking for 4 talented and driven Retail & eCommerce Executives to join our growing team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidates will manage both in-store and online sales operations, ensuring smooth product listing, order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and digital marketing coordination to boost sales and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily retail store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage and update product listings, pricing, and stock availability on eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Noon, etc.).
• Coordinate online order processing, packaging, and shipment tracking.
• Monitor sales performance, customer reviews, and return requests.
• Work with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze sales trends, website traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure accurate inventory synchronization between offline and online stores.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail or eCommerce operations (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other online store platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
