Job Description

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operators to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing company data across digital systems, ensuring information is correct, accessible, and securely maintained. Candidates should have strong typing abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and company systems.
• Review, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.
• Retrieve data for reports, presentations, and internal requirements.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.
• Manage confidential company information with professionalism and integrity.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
• Identify data inconsistencies and communicate issues promptly.
• Perform regular backups to secure important information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in Computer Science or related field is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry or clerical/administrative roles.
• Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
