- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs, ensuring optimal health outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and diagnoses, promoting tailored treatment approaches.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention, empowering them to take control of their health.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, enhancing communication and patient safety.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, demonstrating compliance with regulatory standards.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, showcasing practical nursing expertise.
