Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in accordance with medical standards and healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will support physicians, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and ensure patient safety while maintaining accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical protocols
- Monitor patient health conditions and record vital signs
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
- Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards are followed
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain medical equipment and ensure proper usage
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing
- Valid MOH / DHA / HAAD nursing license or eligibility
- 2–5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (hospital or clinic experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and medical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UAE healthcare facilities
- Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- BLS / ACLS certification
- Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic or other languages an advantage)
- Ability to work in high-pressure medical environments
