Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist / Telephone Operator to manage our front desk and handle all incoming calls. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, assist clients, and support daily administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer calls promptly.
  • Handle mail, courier services, and visitor logs.
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized state.
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate with internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or telephone operator (UAE experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and telephone systems.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-focused.
