Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist / Telephone Operator to manage our front desk and handle all incoming calls. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, assist clients, and support daily administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and transfer calls promptly.
- Handle mail, courier services, and visitor logs.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized state.
- Provide administrative support and coordinate with internal departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or telephone operator (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and telephone systems.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused.
