Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to support accurate data input, maintenance, and record management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data across systems while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into databases, systems, and spreadsheets
- Update and maintain existing records on a regular basis
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Perform data cleaning and correction of errors when identified
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Generate basic reports and data summaries as required
- Follow data entry procedures and quality standards
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Support administrative and operational data-related tasks
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Basic knowledge of databases or data management systems
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems
- Familiarity with data validation and quality control processes
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
- Experience working in UAE or GCC markets
