Job Description

A reputable construction and infrastructure company in Albania is hiring skilled and hardworking Rebar Workers for steel reinforcement installation, concrete reinforcement preparation, structural framework support, and infrastructure construction projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in cutting, bending, tying, and installing reinforcement steel bars for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut, bend, and install reinforcement steel bars (rebar) according to engineering drawings and project specifications
• Assemble steel reinforcement cages, mesh, columns, beams, slabs, and foundation frameworks
• Read and interpret structural drawings, reinforcement layouts, and bar bending schedules accurately
• Tie rebar using wire, clips, spacers, and reinforcement tools to secure steel structures properly
• Assist in preparation of reinforcement systems before concrete pouring operations
• Operate steel cutting machines, bending equipment, grinders, and construction hand tools safely
• Inspect reinforcement placement, alignment, spacing, and structural support quality before installation approval
• Coordinate with engineers, carpenters, concrete workers, and site supervisors for smooth construction workflow
• Follow construction safety regulations and maintain cleanliness at the worksite
• Support loading, unloading, and transportation of reinforcement materials when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Rebar Worker / Steel Fixer / Reinforcement Worker preferred
• Strong knowledge of reinforcement installation techniques and construction safety procedures
• Ability to read reinforcement drawings and structural construction plans
• Experience using steel cutting, bending, and tying equipment
• Physically fit for heavy lifting and demanding construction work environments
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Team player with strong work ethic and safety awareness
• Experience in bridges, tunnels, high-rise buildings, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
