Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Private Science Teacher to provide personalized science tutoring to students in Ajman. The ideal candidate will help students understand scientific concepts, improve academic performance, and prepare effectively for school exams through one-on-one or small-group teaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide private tutoring in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology – as applicable)
  • Teach students according to their grade level and curriculum requirements
  • Assist with homework, assignments, practical understanding, and exam preparation
  • Create customized lesson plans based on student learning needs
  • Explain complex scientific concepts in a clear and simple manner
  • Monitor student progress and share regular feedback with parents or guardians
  • Build students’ confidence, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and consistency in teaching schedules

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or private tutoring experience
  • Strong subject knowledge in Science
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with CBSE, ICSE, British, American, or IB curricula
  • Home tutoring experience
  • Multilingual skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools

Salary Range (Ajman)

  • AED 50 – 90 per hour
    (Based on subject, grade level, and experience)
