Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching core subjects, developing lesson plans, assessing student performance, and creating a positive and engaging classroom environment. Candidates must have strong classroom management skills and a love for working with young children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons according to the curriculum
  • Teach core subjects such as English, Math, Science, and Social Studies
  • Create a supportive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Assess student progress, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance reports
  • Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress and concerns
  • Use creative teaching methods, activities, and digital tools to enhance learning
  • Support school events, extracurricular activities, and academic programs
  • Manage classroom discipline and promote positive behavior
  • Collaborate with other teachers and school administration to improve teaching standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education / B.Ed / or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (UAE/CBSE curriculum preferred)
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of modern teaching techniques and educational technology
  • Ability to handle young children with patience and care
  • Professional, friendly, and student-focused attitude
  • Female candidates preferred (as per school requirement)
