Job Description

A reputable construction company in Belarus is hiring experienced and hardworking Plasterers for residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in wall plastering, cement finishing, surface preparation, and general construction activities while maintaining high-quality finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply plaster, cement, and other finishing materials to walls, ceilings, and concrete surfaces
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing before plaster application
  • Mix plaster, cement, mortar, and related construction materials in proper proportions
  • Perform internal and external plastering work according to construction standards
  • Repair cracks, damaged walls, and uneven concrete surfaces
  • Ensure smooth finishing, leveling, and proper alignment of plastered surfaces
  • Use plastering tools such as trowels, floats, mixers, levels, and measuring equipment safely
  • Read basic construction drawings and follow site measurements accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and handle construction materials properly
  • Follow workplace safety standards and construction site procedures
  • Coordinate with supervisors, masons, painters, and other construction workers for smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Plasterer / Construction Worker preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plastering techniques, cement finishing, and wall preparation
  • Ability to use plastering tools and construction equipment safely
  • Physically fit for lifting materials and working in outdoor construction environments
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to finishing quality
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
