Job Description

One United Properties is hiring skilled and experienced Plasterers for premium residential, luxury commercial, and mixed-use development projects in Romania. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior and exterior plaster application, wall rendering, surface smoothing, decorative finishing, and repair work to achieve high-end construction finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply plaster, cement mortar, and finishing compounds on walls, ceilings, and structural surfaces
• Perform internal and external wall plastering according to project specifications
• Smooth, level, and finish surfaces for painting, decorative coating, and premium finishing applications
• Repair cracks, damaged plaster areas, and uneven wall surfaces
• Prepare plaster mixes, cement compounds, and finishing materials accurately
• Install plaster mesh, corner beads, trims, and finishing accessories where required
• Carry out patchwork, touch-up finishing, and final wall corrections
• Operate plastering hand tools, trowels, mixers, floats, and finishing equipment safely
• Inspect completed surfaces for alignment, smoothness, and quality standards
• Maintain worksite cleanliness and follow company safety procedures
• Coordinate with painters, masons, carpenters, and site engineers for smooth project completion

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Plasterer / Cement Plaster Worker / Wall Finishing Worker
• Strong knowledge of plaster application, wall rendering, and decorative finishing techniques
• Experience in interior and exterior finishing work
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements
• Experience using plastering hand tools and finishing equipment
• Physically fit for demanding construction work
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness
• Experience in premium residential or commercial projects is an advantage
