Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven and results-focused Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving leads, conversions, and revenue through performance channels while ensuring maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance platforms
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Manage budgets, bids, and campaign performance to achieve KPIs
- Optimize ads for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences
- Implement remarketing and funnel-based marketing strategies
- Monitor daily performance and reduce wasted ad spend
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in performance or paid marketing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Solid understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR)
- Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads and Meta certifications
- Experience with e-commerce or local service campaigns
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Hotjar
- Basic SEO and funnel strategy understanding
