We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily company operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Monitor workflow across departments and follow up on pending tasks
- Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies
- Prepare detailed reports on productivity, performance, and process efficiency
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners
- Review operational data and suggest improvements
- Maintain records of projects, schedules, and documentation
- Provide administrative and coordination support to management
- Ensure all operations comply with company standards and guidelines
- Assist in problem-solving and resolving operational issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or coordination roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
