Grup Servicii Petroliere is seeking qualified Offshore Drilling Skilled Workers for offshore oil & gas drilling, rig operations, and field support activities in Romania. Candidates should have industrial rig experience and strong knowledge of drilling site safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support offshore drilling operations and rig equipment handling
  • Assist in installation and maintenance of drilling systems
  • Handle heavy drilling materials and machinery safely
  • Perform inspection of rig tools and operational equipment
  • Support mechanical teams during offshore operations
  • Maintain operational discipline and site safety standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years offshore / industrial drilling experience
  • Knowledge of rig equipment and oilfield operations
  • Ability to work in rotational shift schedules
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Strong physical fitness and safety awareness
