Job Description

A reputable construction and industrial services company is hiring skilled and experienced Drillers for drilling operations, ground excavation, borehole work, mining support, and infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience operating drilling equipment and performing safe drilling activities for construction, mining, water, or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate drilling machines and equipment safely for construction, mining, or borehole operations
• Perform ground drilling, rock drilling, soil penetration, and excavation support activities
• Inspect drilling equipment before operation and report mechanical issues or maintenance needs
• Set up drilling machinery, tools, rods, and support equipment according to project requirements
• Monitor drilling depth, alignment, pressure, and operational safety during drilling work
• Assist in loading, unloading, and handling drilling materials and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance checks including lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of worn components
• Follow drilling plans, technical instructions, and workplace safety standards carefully
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and ground teams for smooth project execution
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of drilling tools and work areas

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Driller / Drilling Operator / Borehole Worker / Mining Drill Operator preferred
• Basic knowledge of drilling equipment, excavation procedures, and site safety standards
• Ability to operate drilling machines and heavy-duty industrial equipment safely
• Physically fit for outdoor and demanding work environments
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Team player with strong work ethic and safety awareness
• Experience in construction, mining, infrastructure, or water drilling projects is an advantage
