A professional spa and wellness center is hiring a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation treatments to clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in various massage techniques and a strong focus on client comfort, wellness, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform different types of massage therapies such as Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, Thai massage, and relaxation techniques
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable massage treatments
  • Relieve muscle tension, stress, and body pain through professional therapy techniques
  • Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of massage rooms, tools, and linens
  • Ensure client privacy, comfort, and safety during all treatments
  • Keep accurate records of client preferences and treatment history
  • Explain available services and packages to clients when required
  • Follow spa protocols, safety guidelines, and professional ethics
  • Use oils, creams, and therapeutic products safely and effectively
  • Coordinate with spa reception and wellness staff for appointments and scheduling
  • Maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist preferred
  • Knowledge of body anatomy and various massage techniques
  • Certification or training in massage therapy is an advantage
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and busy spa environments
  • Strong sense of hygiene, professionalism, and client care
  • Physically fit and able to perform massage sessions for extended periods
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
