Spa Therapist (Massage/Nails/Hair)

Job Description

A reputed wellness center, luxury spa, or hospitality service provider in Romania is hiring a professional and customer-focused Spa Therapist to deliver high-quality wellness and relaxation treatments. The candidate will be responsible for performing therapeutic massages, body treatments, skincare therapies, and wellness services that help clients relax, rejuvenate, and improve overall well-being. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in spa treatments, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Perform professional body massages, relaxation therapies, and wellness treatments
✔ Provide spa services such as aromatherapy, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, and body scrubs
✔ Conduct basic skincare and facial treatments according to client needs
✔ Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a relaxing spa environment
✔ Use oils, creams, and wellness products safely and professionally
✔ Understand client preferences and recommend suitable spa packages or treatments
✔ Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and spa equipment according to health standards
✔ Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and a premium customer experience
✔ Keep records of treatments provided and client preferences when required
✔ Support reception or appointment coordination when needed

Requirements:

✔ 1–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist / Massage Therapist preferred
✔ Certification in massage therapy, spa treatment, or beauty therapy is an advantage
✔ Knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and skincare therapies
✔ Good communication and customer service skills
✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude
✔ Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, or holidays
✔ Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and wellness industry standards
