Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate transportation, shipment scheduling, documentation, and ensure smooth flow of goods from suppliers to destination. Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation (LPOs, invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, etc.)
  • Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Track shipments, update delivery status, and resolve logistics-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP / logistics management system
  • Ensure compliance with customs, freight, and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with procurement and sales departments for order planning and stock management
  • Handle import/export operations, clearance processes, and follow-up with freight forwarders
  • Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports and inventory tracking
  • Support logistics cost optimization and vendor negotiation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of shipping, freight, warehousing, and transportation procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of UAE customs documentation & import/export procedures is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; Arabic/Hindi will be an added benefit
