Lead Civil Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Civil Infrastructure Engineer to manage the planning, design, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, utilities, and transportation facilities in Sharjah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead civil engineering design and construction activities
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Oversee site execution, quality, and safety compliance
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 8–15 years of infrastructure project experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills
