Aurubis Bulgaria is hiring skilled and experienced Industrial Electricians for electrical installation, industrial maintenance, equipment wiring, control panel servicing, and factory electrical system operations in Bulgaria. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in industrial electrical systems, machinery wiring, fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and electrical safety compliance in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, and maintain industrial electrical wiring, motors, transformers, and control systems
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair of industrial machines, production equipment, and factory systems
  • Install and maintain switchboards, MCC panels, PLC wiring systems, circuit breakers, relays, and electrical controls
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and industrial technical drawings
  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks on electrical systems to minimize downtime
  • Test electrical equipment using multimeters, insulation testers, clamp meters, and diagnostic tools
  • Identify faults in motors, pumps, conveyors, automation systems, and electrical components
  • Install grounding systems and ensure full compliance with industrial electrical safety standards
  • Coordinate with mechanical technicians, engineers, and production teams for smooth operations
  • Maintain electrical maintenance records and report technical issues promptly

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician / Plant Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Technician
  • Strong knowledge of industrial wiring systems, motors, control panels, and electrical troubleshooting
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical maintenance manuals
  • Experience with PLC systems, automation controls, and industrial electrical equipment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and electrical compliance standards
  • Physically fit for factory and industrial site working conditions
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Team player with strong technical skills and safety awareness
