Job Description

We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Female General Practitioner (Doctor on Call) to provide high-quality medical care to patients at clinics, homes, or designated facilities as required. The ideal candidate will deliver timely consultations, accurate diagnoses, and appropriate treatment while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-call medical consultations and primary healthcare services
  • Diagnose and treat common medical conditions and minor emergencies
  • Conduct physical examinations and assess patient medical history
  • Prescribe medications and treatment plans as per DHA regulations
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Provide medical advice and health education to patients
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists when required
  • Respond promptly to on-call requests and emergencies
  • Follow healthcare protocols, safety standards, and ethical guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree
  • Valid DHA / DOH / MOH license (mandatory)
  • 2–5 years of experience as a General Practitioner
  • Ability to work on-call and respond quickly when needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in home healthcare or emergency services
  • Multilingual (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
