Job Description

A reputable construction and exterior engineering company in Albania is hiring skilled and experienced Facade Specialists for curtain wall installation, cladding systems, glass façade fitting, aluminum framework installation, and exterior finishing projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in façade construction, panel installation, exterior structural finishing, waterproofing, and high-rise building façade systems across commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain curtain walls, glass façades, aluminum panels, cladding systems, and exterior finishing structures
  • Perform façade alignment, panel fitting, sealing, waterproofing, and structural fixing operations
  • Read and interpret façade drawings, installation layouts, and technical construction specifications
  • Handle aluminum frames, glass panels, brackets, anchors, and façade support systems safely
  • Operate façade installation tools, lifting equipment, drills, grinders, and fixing machinery efficiently
  • Inspect façade systems for proper alignment, sealing quality, and structural stability
  • Assist with insulation work, weatherproofing systems, and exterior finishing applications
  • Follow safety regulations for working at heights and operating façade installation equipment
  • Coordinate with engineers, welders, installers, and site supervisors for smooth project execution
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of façade materials, tools, and work areas

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Facade Specialist / Curtain Wall Installer / Cladding Technician
  • Strong knowledge of façade systems, curtain walls, aluminum structures, and glass installation techniques
  • Ability to read technical drawings and façade installation plans
  • Experience using installation tools, lifting equipment, and exterior construction machinery
  • Knowledge of waterproofing, insulation, and façade sealing standards
  • Physically fit for working at heights and demanding construction environments
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Team player with strong work ethic, precision, and safety awareness
  • Experience in commercial buildings, high-rise towers, or industrial façade projects is an advantage
