Facade Assistant Specialists
Job Description
A reputable construction and exterior finishing company is hiring skilled and hardworking Facade Assistant Specialists for exterior building installation, façade support work, cladding assistance, glass panel handling, and structural finishing projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in façade installation support, aluminum panel handling, insulation work, curtain wall assistance, and exterior construction activities on commercial and residential buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installation of building facades, curtain walls, aluminum panels, cladding systems, and exterior finishing materials
- Support senior façade technicians during glass fitting, panel alignment, sealing, and mounting operations
- Handle and transport façade materials, frames, brackets, glass panels, and installation tools safely
- Assist with drilling, fixing, anchoring, and assembly of exterior structural components
- Prepare surfaces and support insulation, waterproofing, and sealing activities during façade installation
- Operate hand tools, lifting equipment, grinders, drills, and installation tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect materials and assist in maintaining alignment, leveling, and finishing quality standards
- Follow construction drawings, installation layouts, and supervisor instructions carefully
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the worksite while following height safety regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, installers, welders, and construction site teams for smooth project execution
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in façade installation / cladding support / exterior construction work preferred
- Basic knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum panels, cladding materials, and installation techniques
- Ability to use construction hand tools and installation equipment safely
- Physically fit for lifting materials and working at heights on construction sites
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Good teamwork, discipline, and safety awareness
- Experience in commercial buildings, high-rise projects, or exterior finishing work is an advantage
