E-Packers
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and efficient E-Packers to assist in the packing and preparation of products for shipment. The ideal candidates will ensure that items are packed carefully, accurately, and on time, maintaining quality standards while supporting warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack products accurately according to specifications and order requirements
- Inspect items for quality and ensure proper labeling before dispatch
- Organize and arrange packed items for shipment or storage
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the packing area
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging and handling
- Report any damages or discrepancies to supervisors
- Work efficiently to meet daily packing targets
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in packing, warehouse, or logistics is a plus
- Ability to handle products with care and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Basic communication skills
- Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce packing or fulfillment operations
- Familiarity with barcoding, labeling, or inventory systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in warehouse operations
