Job Description

We are looking for reliable and responsible Bike Riders to deliver food orders safely and on time. The ideal candidates will ensure excellent customer service while following traffic laws and company delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up food orders from restaurants or kitchens
  • Deliver orders to customers promptly and accurately
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
  • Ensure safe handling of food during transportation
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery bike
  • Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch team
  • Follow UAE traffic rules and company safety guidelines
  • Collect cash or confirm digital payments if required

Required Qualifications

  • Valid UAE motorcycle driving license
  • Knowledge of local roads and routes
  • Physically fit and able to work long hours
  • Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
  • Ability to use GPS/mobile apps for deliveries

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in food or courier delivery
  • Familiarity with delivery apps (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, etc.)
  • Basic customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
