Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to manage and process data for our operations in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will input, update, and maintain records accurately, support data management tasks, and help ensure smooth database operations for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input data into databases/spreadsheets — updating records, entering new data, verifying accuracy.
- Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies; correct or flag mistakes.
- Maintain and organize digital records and files.
- Assist with document scanning, record‑keeping, and data archiving.
- Perform basic data analysis or formatting (as required) — sorting, filtering, simple reporting.
- Coordinate with other teams (e.g. admin, finance, operations) to gather required data and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support periodic data audits and assist in preparing reports or summaries.
- Follow company protocols and any regulatory/privacy standards relevant to data management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/graduate degree may be preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), data‑entry software or databases.
- Good typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages may be a plus).
- Ability to work methodically under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage repetitive tasks.
- Honesty, reliability, and good organizational skills.
