Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operators to join our travel company. The ideal candidates will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate travel booking details, customer records, invoices, and system reports. The role requires strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with travel systems and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update booking data, customer profiles, invoices, and travel records into CRM or reservation systems
  • Check, verify, and edit travel data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with ticketing, sales, and operations teams for data updates and document processing
  • Maintain digital and physical records of bookings, itineraries, invoices, and vouchers
  • Retrieve, organize, and generate reports as required by the department
  • Handle data requests and support administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of passenger and company information
  • Track and manage travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations
  • Assist with documentation such as visa files, online forms, and travel insurance entries
  • Perform data backup and database maintenance activities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience as Data Entry Operator (Travel industry experience preferred)
  • Strong typing speed with high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/travel reservation systems
  • Knowledge of GDS software (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is a strong advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
