Job Description

We are hiring a Compliance Officer to ensure company operations follow legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with laws and regulations
• Develop and implement compliance policies
• Conduct audits and risk assessments
• Investigate compliance issues and violations
• Prepare compliance reports
• Train employees on compliance requirements
• Coordinate with legal and management teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years of compliance experience
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of UAE regulations preferred
• High ethical standards
