Aktor is recruiting experienced Civil Construction Shuttering Carpenters for roads, bridges, tunnels, and large-scale concrete projects in Romania.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and install shuttering systems
• Build molds for foundations and structural concrete work
• Measure and cut materials precisely
• Remove and maintain reusable formwork panels
• Coordinate with construction teams for project execution
• Follow workplace safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience
• Experience in infrastructure projects preferred
• Technical drawing reading skills
• Strong work ethic and teamwork
