Job Description

Constructii Erbașu is hiring skilled and experienced Cement Plaster Workers for large-scale commercial buildings, infrastructure developments, and civil engineering projects in Romania. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cement plaster application, wall rendering, surface smoothing, patch repair, and final finishing work to achieve high-quality construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply cement plaster, mortar, and finishing compounds on walls, ceilings, and structural surfaces
  • Perform internal and external plastering work according to project specifications
  • Smooth, level, and finish wall and ceiling surfaces for painting, coating, and decorative applications
  • Repair cracks, damaged plaster areas, and uneven wall surfaces
  • Prepare plaster mixes, cement mortar, and finishing compounds accurately
  • Install corner beads, plaster mesh, and finishing trims where required
  • Carry out patchwork, touch-up plastering, and final surface correction work
  • Operate plastering hand tools, mixers, trowels, floats, and finishing equipment safely
  • Inspect completed surfaces for smoothness, alignment, and quality standards
  • Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow all safety procedures
  • Coordinate with masons, painters, carpenters, and site engineers for smooth project completion

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Cement Plaster Worker / Plasterer / Wall Finishing Worker
  • Strong knowledge of cement plaster application, wall rendering, and finishing techniques
  • Experience in both interior and exterior plastering work
  • Ability to read basic construction measurements and site instructions
  • Experience using plastering hand tools and finishing equipment
  • Physically fit for demanding construction work
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Team player with strong work ethic and safety awareness
  • Experience in commercial or infrastructure projects is an advantage
