Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and analytical Business Consultant to help clients improve business performance, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve strategic growth objectives. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify improvement areas, design solutions, and guide clients through implementation. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, financial understanding, and the ability to communicate complex strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct business analysis, market research, and feasibility studies for clients
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose effective business solutions
  • Develop business plans, financial models, strategies, and performance frameworks
  • Support clients in setting up new businesses, restructuring operations, and managing transformation initiatives
  • Prepare reports, project documentation, and presentations for clients and management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Monitor performance and track key business metrics, KPIs, and implementation progress
  • Provide advisory on licensing, compliance, budgeting, and business growth planning
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions with clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience as Business Consultant / Analyst / Advisory role
  • Strong knowledge of business planning, financial analysis, and operational strategy
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, business modeling tools, and CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
