Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market presence in Ajman. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and lead initiatives to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities and markets in Ajman
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Lead negotiations and prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects
- Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and business development activities
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Mentor and guide junior sales or business development team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Knowledge of UAE market, business practices, and industry trends
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or consultancy services
- Ability to manage high-value clients and complex sales cycles
- Familiarity with CRM tools and business analytics
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
