Beauty Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Beauty Therapist to provide a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a warm personality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional facials, waxing, threading, massages, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
• Recommend appropriate skincare and beauty products to clients.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are properly sanitized before and after use.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Keep up to date with new beauty techniques, products, and trends.
• Manage appointments and maintain accurate service records.
• Adhere to company grooming and presentation standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Aesthetics.
• 2–5 years of experience in a salon, spa, or wellness center (UAE experience preferred).
• Skilled in skincare, waxing, and massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Arabic, English, or Tagalog speaking is an advantage.
