Job Description

We are hiring a skilled and client-focused Beauty Therapist & Laser Specialist to join our aesthetic and beauty clinic team. The candidate will perform professional beauty treatments, laser hair removal sessions, skin care procedures, and recommend suitable services based on customer needs. A strong understanding of skin types, laser machines, and beauty products is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform laser hair removal treatments using advanced laser machines
  • Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized treatment plans
  • Perform beauty services such as facials, waxing, threading, body treatments, and skin care therapies
  • Ensure safety procedures and laser protocols are followed at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of client consultations, treatments, and follow-ups
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Offer product recommendations and promote clinic services
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment hygiene, and sterilization standards
  • Keep up with latest beauty trends, technology, and market techniques

Requirements

  • Diploma / Certification as Beauty Therapist, Laser Technician, or Dermatology Assistant
  • Valid DHA / MOH / DOH license or eligibility letter (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in beauty clinics or medical aesthetic centers
  • Hands-on experience with laser hair removal equipment (e.g., Candela, Soprano)
  • Strong knowledge of skin care treatments and beauty services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented, presentable, and professional appearance
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and under pressure
