Job Description
We are hiring 4 experienced and organized Admin Officers to join our office team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidates will manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and provide support to management and staff for documentation, coordination, and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, and record management.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and documentation in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for administrative needs.
- Manage inventory, office supplies, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and official letters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law requirements.
- Support management with event coordination, scheduling, and logistics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles (UAE experience preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
