Job Description

We are hiring 4 experienced and organized Admin Officers to join our office team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidates will manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and provide support to management and staff for documentation, coordination, and communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, and record management.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and documentation in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for administrative needs.
  • Manage inventory, office supplies, and maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and official letters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law requirements.
  • Support management with event coordination, scheduling, and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles (UAE experience preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
