Real Estate Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Consultant to manage property sales and leasing activities while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties, provide market insights, and contribute to achieving company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client consultations
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Prepare and negotiate sales and lease agreements
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams
- Maintain up-to-date listings and property databases
- Conduct market research and provide insights on property trends and pricing
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UAE real estate market (residential or commercial)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals
- RERA certification or real estate licensing (preferred)
- Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic or other languages a plus)
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills
