Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize search engine optimization strategies that improve website visibility, organic traffic, and keyword rankings. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on SEO expertise, and the ability to align SEO initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, internal linking, and site structure
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
  • Identify and fix technical SEO issues (crawl errors, page speed, mobile usability, indexing)
  • Manage link-building and outreach campaigns to improve domain authority
  • Collaborate with content, web development, and design teams for SEO best practices
  • Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare regular SEO performance reports
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends
  • Support local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profile optimization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with local SEO and UAE/GCC markets
  • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and paid search strategies
  • SEO certifications or relevant digital marketing credentials
