Finance Specialist – FP&A and Project Support

Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical Finance Specialist – FP&A and Project Support to support financial planning, forecasting, and project-level financial management. The role involves partnering with business and project teams to deliver accurate financial insights, monitor performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis
• Develop financial models for business cases, investments, and projects
• Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow, and profitability
• Track project financial performance against approved plans
• Support CAPEX planning and ROI analysis
• Work closely with project managers and department heads
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reconciliations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, project finance, or financial analysis
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Solid analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications (CMA, CFA, ACCA, CPA)
• Experience in project-based, construction, engineering, or IT environments
• Knowledge of IFRS and management reporting standards
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management sk
