Job Description

We are hiring a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a proven background in high-rise building construction. The ideal candidate will oversee site execution, project planning, structural coordination, and ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Candidates must have hands-on site experience handling construction activities for high-rise towers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities for high-rise building projects
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, structural plans, and specifications
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and deadlines
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management
  • Evaluate material requirements and ensure availability at site
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
  • Oversee concrete, structural, finishing, and MEP coordination
  • Attend project meetings and assist in planning and cost control
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualification
  • 5–8 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in high-rise building construction
  • Strong knowledge of structural work, concrete works, and finishing stages
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Familiar with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and local authorities
  • Driving license preferred
